Stag Toile Burgundy

Taken from an original 19th Century English linen, this single colour print of a woodland stag is much less formal than the typical Toile de Jouy designs which originated in France during the late 18th Century.

Leafy trees and shrubs create a layered effect giving this wallpaper a sense of tranquillity and an ethereal atmosphere. You can almost feel the silence of the forest as the sun shines through the treetops and into the meadow where our stag friend takes a drink of water. The serenity!
