By using you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Wall Candy (WA) Pty Ltd may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made.


Samples are available for most, but not all of the items shown on our website. If you place a sample order you will not be charged for any that cannot be supplied.

Samples come approximately A4 in size to give you an idea of the texture and colour of the wallpaper. If you want to see the full pattern repeat and greater than the size of a sample we recommend ordering a full roll.


By placing an order through this website you are agreeing to purchase selected products at the shown prices on this website. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason including out of date pricing or incorrect pricing, inability to supply stock, incorrect freight calculations or any other reason.

Please take care when ordering as Wall Candy Wallpaper does not refund, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind or incorrect selection. Exchanges and refunds are accepted for faulty merchandise only, as required by the ACCC.


Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Direct Bank Transfer. All prices are in Australian Dollars with GST included in the listed price.

The average time for your order to be delivered to you is 1-2 weeks if the item is in stock, or 3-5 weeks if ordered from outside Australia. You will be notified of the delivery time frame on the tax invoice/confirmation email after your order has been processed. 

We will notify you if we need longer to process your order in another way, which will affect the delivery time frame.

While every effort is made to quote accurate delivery times, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays. We will always endeavor to contact clients and advise of unexpected changes whenever possible.


Delivery, packaging and insurance charges are calculated based on the item(s), destination address and method of delivery you choose at the checkout stage of purchasing. These charges will be shown to you. After selecting your items for purchase, proceed to the checkout area and select your delivery options to be presented with your delivery charge amounts.


While every attempt is made to ensure the colours, patterns and textures displayed on our website are true and accurate, variations are inevitable due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. If you need to match a design exactly, we recommend you order a sample or single roll of the product before ordering the quantities required. 


The quantity of rolls purchased is the responsibility of the purchaser. Wall Candy Wallpaper strongly encourages customers to be aware of the exact measurements of the area to be papered.

You may contact us to provide an estimate on the amount of rolls required based on exact measurements, however these are estimates are provided in good faith but without guarantee, and are not binding. Any shortfalls/excess in ordering requirements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


All wall surfaces must be properly prepared, if in doubt consult a qualified professional.

Wall Candy Wallpaper has a selection of recommended hangers in Australia, which we can provide you upon purchase. These hangers are not Wall Candy Wallpaper employees. Whilst every step has been taken to ensure these preferred hangers perform outstanding work we cannot accept responsibility for their work.

Wall Candy Wallpaper shall take no responsibility for damage to products, caused by or during storage, transport or installation by a third party, retailer, or by the purchaser.


It is the responsibility of the purchaser to examine the papers for faults or discolouration prior to hanging. Wall Candy Wallpaper accepts no responsibility for papers that have been cut and hung when faults or discolouration are apparent prior to installation.

If faults or discolouration are apparent, please cease installation, and contact Wall Candy Wallpaper immediately.

Suspected faulty wallpaper must be returned to Wall Candy Wallpaper for inspection by management (This includes all unopened and open rolls, with packaging). If the wallpaper is deemed to be faulty, replacement of the same paper will be arranged with the manufacturer.

It is purchaser’s responsibility to check goods, including if delivered directly to a third party.

Wall Candy’s liability for any defect or claim is limited to the value of invoice only. Claims are not liable after paper/fabric has been cut, or any other treatment has been applied to the paper/fabric.


You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of content requires the prior written permission of Wall Candy (WA) Pty Ltd.
